Agree, sort of.

We are all product of our own experiences ( and therefore exposure and maybe culture). Long time back, when required TShirts for our marketing events, we could only get 10 in Chandigarh. To get 50 of one design, we either had to go to Ludhiana/Delhi.

I moved to China/Hong Kong in early 2000s and we were making Nokia 3310s about 1 million/month. And then Motorolas and Blackberries. The scale was so different that it took a few months to get used to. And then came respect for planning and managing such big projects. This also helped in broadening the vision.

I think India is ready to take off ( very similar to China about 25 years ago). Now it is to us if we Punjabis can ride the wave as well .
