Hello community. I need some advise. I wish to explore the possibility of using AI video editors for long form and subsequently short form video creation. The video footage will be shot by me, would be human, but the editor needs to be AI based.

I am looking at Descript as a good contender. However, I would wish to know your recommendations on the following:

I need to find out if Descript AI can do the following tasks as a video editor:

1. Eye Contact Correction - How effective is it? I had a chance with Captions.ai. It did a shoddy job and I wasn't very happy with that.

2. How does Descript Ai remove the silences, pauses and gaps apart from filler words in the videos?

3. I need different styles of Subtitles for my video. How can this be achieved using Descript Ai?

4. I need a certain long form video to be repurposed for various online platforms. This requires editing the video in various aspect ratios. How can this be achieved using Descript AI?

5. Centering the subject incase of the video being converted to different aspect ratios. Can this be achieved using the Decsript Ai?

6. Subject selection to create a layer with the subject alone. This ways we can have certain elements placed behind the subject, such as text or subtitles.

7. Automatic translation in various languages with lip sync. Can this be achieved using Descript? I am sure HeyGen will be able to work on this.

8. Automatic colour grading using a reference image or a reference clip.
